Hello, it just a perfect test, and I like it very much, in my opinion it is a great work, so, Could you please tell me how to complete this test? That is done with 3ds max? Used what plug-in?

it was made in 3ds Max, with standard tools (geometry morphing). There is a nice tip on that technique (http://lab.deko.lt/grow).
